Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

When you place an order, please allow 10-14 days for our craftspeople to customize your bag.

Shipping of products will be via USPS, and in most instances will ship Priority Mail.  We will be glad to try to accomodate any special shipping requests necessary to get the product to you in a timely manner.     

Returns Policy

Returns of already made custom items may only be made because of defects of the product within 1 year of purchase accompanied with a receipt.

HayCanvas reserves the right to use any bag or tote for promotional or advertising purposes.

HayCanvas reserves the right to refuse any embellishment request.
